In 1997, the renowned Mahimtura Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (MCPL) branched out to create its Project Management Consultancy wing. A determined group of professionals collaborated to envision a brand that is synonymous with commitment and quality. With projects, people and 9 offices all over India, MCPL has a large reach. Construction regulations and laws vary from state to state and we have worked successfully to overcome all hurdles in our way. SERVICES WE OFFER

Selection and Coordination of Architect / Consultant / Contractor and Vendors

MCPL works with Clients to select a strong project team. We develop and distribute the RFP/RFQ, review consultant/contractor fee proposals and develop comparative matrices with ranking and recommendations for consultants. We fix milestones and deliverables to ensure project delivery on time. After reviewing consultant /contractor invoices, we provide a “constructability” review of the design.
Budget and Schedule Analysis & Control

After understanding our Clients requirements, we develop an initial project budget and schedule. Our team then sits with the Client and consultants to reduce scope and/or value engineer the project to ensure the project is within time and budget. We track the Project Schedule and report any slippages, in advance, to Client along with a recommended strategy to mitigate the impact.
Construction Management

MCPL establishes strict schedules for contractor deliverables. To keep our clients updated regularly, we conduct weekly on-site review meetings between principals of all companies involved and then report the critical issues to the Client. Total coordination between various teams and clients to facilitate a smooth working project is ensured. MCPL establishes and provides a comprehensive programme to monitor and examine safety to prevent injuries. Quality checks are carried out regularly as well.
Close out/Handing Over

MCPL prepares a master document for the Client, underlining the variation in design and specs if any during the course of construction as against the design and specs originally agreed. After handing over the required documents, we aid in demobilisation & carry out integrated testing of all the services. Finally, we coordinate to establish a Project Completion Date to specify the start and end of the defects liability period.

MCPL has been in the building repair and retrofitting industry since 1980. Our team offers on- time and economical solutions for all types of projects. The team has worked on a variety of projects such as private mansions, public banks and shops in heritage structures, the Times of India building, private society buildings, commercial buildings, government buildings, colleges, schools, education centres for the Bombay national history museum, temples, financial centres and even parts of the Mumbai airport. MCPL carries out detailed structural audits with visual inspections and distress markings on damaged structural elements which assists all parties involved to understand the job’s requirement clearly.
